SEC. 2. The Paradise Independent School District is hereby
vested with all the rights, powers and duties of an independent
school district incorporated for school purposes only, including
the right to levy taxes and issue bonds of said district, to the
extent for the purposes and subject to the provisions, limitations
and the conditions under which said powers may now be
exercised, or may hereafter be exercised under the General Laws
of this State.
SEC. 3. The control and management of the schools of the
Paradise Independent School Distrtict is hereby vested in board
of five trustees, as provided by the General Laws of the State
of Texas for independent school districts incorporated for school
