east and west in front of the M. A. Warren home crosses
said creek; thence east, south and east with said public road to
the Wolfe City-Greenville road and to the west line of J. Riley

tract of land owned by W. D. Cozby; thence east with south

said public road south to the S. W. corner of a tract of land now
owned by J. F. Redding; thence east with the south boundary line
of said Redding tract and the north boundary line of a tract of
land owned by Mrs. A. J. Wood to the S. E. corner of said
Redding tract, continuing east to the west boundary line of the
Jason Wilson survey; thence north with the west boundary line
of Wilson survey to the N. W. corner of same; thence east with
the north boundary line of said Wilson survey and the south
boundary line of the B. F. Barr survey to the S. E. corner of said
Barr survey; thence north with the east boundary line of said
Barr survey, being also the Wolfe City-Fairlie-Commerce road, to
a point, the S. W. corner of a tract of land owned by J. C. Arnold;
thence east with south boundary line of said Arnold tract to the
S. E. corner of same; thence north with the east boundary line of
said Arnold tract to the south boundary line of a tract of land
owned by G. F. Tucker; thence east with south boundary line of
said Tucker tract to the S. E. corner of same; thence north with
the east boundary line of said Tucker tract to the N. E. corner of
same; thence west with the north boundary line of said Tucker
tract to the most easterly S. E. corner of a tract of land owned
by C. E. Henslee; thence north with the east boundary line of
