Seniors Get the
Cash and Keep
the House
Preferred Mortgage Services
Charlie McGee
Most senior citizens require more monthly
income than social security provides. A
government insured program for seniors has
been created to fill this need.
A reverse mortgage allows homeowners 62
and older to access part of their equity. Reverse
mortgages are specifically for seniors who want
to continue living in their homes. The best part
is that no monthly payments are made as long
as you live in the home. The title stays in the
homeowner's name and can be left to the
heirs. Bad credit is not an issue and there are
no out-of-pocket expenses. The money is tax-
free and can be used for anything. Many seniors
have paid off existing mortgages thus stopping
their current house payments. A reverse
mortgage can bring peace of mind for those
struggling to keep up with rising costs of health
care, Most seniors just want the financial
independence a reverse mortgage can provide.
Preferred Mortgage Services is a government
approved reverse mortgage lender, Call Charlie
McGee to find out how your home equity can
increase and begin working for you.
