reference Besides the usual in-

good for Jefferson and Marion Co
goes without saying Tho estab-

infusion of ample capital into our
business life is but in keeping with
tho rapid progress of East Toxob
and particularly Marion county and
Jefferson Inoreased banking fa-

institution as the beginuing of an
era of enterprise and energetic de-

city and county that will ultimate-

her old time prestage in the busi-

tends a hearty welcome to the
Merchants and Planters Bank of
Jefferson and to its president
Col Bateman His busi-
ness associates in the new en

highly esteemed citizens and are
men of sterling worth and integrity
We respectfully call attention to
the advertisement of the bank on

formation

We shall make the article

will attract the most general dis-

A number of other articles and sto-

wellbalanced one and as usual
