Upon satisfactory completion of this program with an average
of "C" or better, the student may transfer to any of the degree
programs in the School of Agriculture of the A & M College
of Texas for his fourth and fifth years in technical agriculture.
Upon satisfactory completion of a minimum of seventy-two
semester hours at the A & M College of Texas including all necessary
required courses in his major field which are not included
or covered by substitution in the above pre-professional program,
the student may be awarded an appropriate Bachelor's Degree by
Howard Payne College and the degree of Bachelor of Science in
the appropriate agricultural major by the A & M College of
Texas.
PLAN II
Upon the satisfactory completion of his Junior year, a student
may elect to remain at Howard Payne College for his Senior
year. Provided he completes a major of 27 semester hours in
Chemistry or Mathematics, a minimum of 40 advanced hours of
work, and all other requirements, he will be awarded a Bachelor
of Science Degree from Howard Payne College.
PRE-PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO
STUDY CAREFULLY THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
SCHOOLS THEY PLAN TO ENTER.__
