Is worthy of being recommended to
every one n llrst-class flour It U not
excelled uy any other In quality and
taste. This Hour Is not claimed to be a
patent flour but It Is manufactured by
mills that are furnished with all the best
Improved machinery and only the very
best wheat Is used; the flour not only
contains the starch or the wheat but
also the gluten which secures the origi-
nal strength and taste or wheat flour.
The real white patent flour contains
very little gluten and Is therefore less
nutritious. Quenther's llest Flour has
been In the market since 1!1 and Its
name was never changed. Since then
many different kinds of Hour with high-
toned names and ornamented with di-
plomas have been Introduced Into this
market but nearly all of them have
silently disappeared. The wheat crop
has been very good this year especially
In Northern Texas and the manurao-
Hirers of Quenther's Best are now able
to furnish good flour at very reasonable
prices. The flour Is not retailed at tho
mills but In order that customers may
have the flour fresh It Is delivered dally
to all leading grocers.
