Thence N. 60 E. along the north line of said 11 acre tract to
the east line of the J. Hull survey;
Thence due north with said J. Hull survey east line to the
south line of the J. Webb survey;
Thence N. 60 E. with the south line of the said J. Webb survey
to its S. E. corner on Z. V. Lane;
Thence N. 30 W. 210 feet to the south line of the Birome Independent
School District;
Thence S. 60 W. with south line of Birome Independent School
District to the west line of the E. Hart league survey;
Thence S. 30 E. with said east line of E. Hart league survey
to the S. W. corner of said E. Hart league survey;
Thence N. 60 E. with the south line of the E. Hart league survey
to the place of beginning, containing 2115 acres, more or
less.
SEC. 2. .The crowded condition of the calendar and the need
of a more efficient school system for the lands and territory
added to the Birome Independent School District by this Act
create an emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring
that the constitutional rule providing that bills be read on
three several days be suspended and that this Act take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, and it is so enacted.
[NoTE.-The enrolled bill shows that the foregoing Act passed
the House, 104 yeas, 0 nays; passed the Senate, 27 yeas, 0 nays.]

CREATING THE SPICEWOOD INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT.
H. B. No. 216. CHAPTER 21.
An Act to amend Chapter 102, Special Laws of the Thirty-eighth Legislature
enacted at its Regular Session, creating the Spicewood Independent
School District; the said amendment providing for re-defining
the boundaries of said school district and providing for the extension
of said district and the annexation of adjacent territory thereto; providing
for retention in office of present board of trustees and confirming
the rights of the present board of trustees under the General
Laws of the State of Texas; validating all taxes now in force, providing
for election to determine whether or not the taxes for the district
shall be levied, assessed and collected on all property in said
district as extended by this Act; and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 102, Special Laws of the Thirtyeight
Legislature, enacted at its Regular Session, creating the
Spicewood Independent School District, Burnet County, Texas,
be amended so as to hereafter read as follows:
That the Spicewood Independent School District shall include
within its limits the following described territory, to-wit:
