gagement, of their daughter, Vernodeari, to Phillip Eu-
gene Gratke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel D. Gratke of

Lamar State Colelge of Technology ond is a teacher in
the Port Arthur schools. Her fiance is. a graduate of

Tau Sigmo, honorary mechanical fraternity. He is em-
ployed by the Gi{lf Oil Corp. in Port Arthur.
