W. S. Farley of Cominorce has
moved to Sun Angola with his
family and has about completed
his arrangements to put in anoth-
er up-to-dute plant hero to manu-
facture soda water and all kinds
ot soft drinks lie Iiiib already
ordered his machinery which is of
tho latest labor-saving patterns
and when at. arrives ho will begin
oporations on a big scale. Mr.
Farloy was for a long time mana-
ger and was' interested in the
Commerce Bottling Works of
Commerce. Texas and also in the
bottling works at Waynesboro
Ho is thoroughly vowd in his
lino of business and the now enter-
prise will bo a success from the

Snu Angolo and about twenty milos west from Hai-
lingor on the Colorado river. Thoroare (ifteon thous-
and acres of land in a solid body with about seven
miles of river front on both sides of the rivor. Two
streams of lusting water on tho south side of the river
and one stream of la'ting water on the north side. A
large per cent of it is as lino land ns there is in West
Texas and the river vnllevs are iu line laud as there i
in the State. This land is within about twelve miles
of the G C. k S. I Ily. nearest railroad point being
Miles Station Runnels County Texas. ami is within
two miles of tho located lino of tho projected Kansas
City Mexico & Orient Railway.
This property is one of the most do?irablo bodied
of land in West Texas and is locutod iu one of the
richest farming belts in West Texas. Lands in that
vicinity are holling for farming purposes from $10.00

much as one bale per acre. The average yield is from

Wheat and oats also grown in this vicinity; as high as
!S0 bushels of wheat to the acre and 7i bushels of oats
to the acre have been raised iu this vicinity in I'un-
nols County Texas
This land is located on the line of Runnels and
Coke counties and can be bought for tho low price of
$6.00 Per Acre
one-third cash and the balance on reasonable time
with a reasonable rate of interest. Anyone desiring

any more inloriiiation that they may desire and will
also show them tho property. I believe a person with
proper means can make .")() per cent on this property
in less than two years by buying it as a whole and sell-
