win E. Peeples who will serve
as Song Leader. Peeples is a
freshman majoring in Bible and
religious education with English
as his minor. He is preparing for
educational and music work and

to our group."

nax and Dale Coody. "I person-
ally thank the Lord for the won-
derful results of the trips and
appreciate the fine spirit of co-
operation on the part of the com-
mittee members" stated Cathey.
First Baptist Church Cisco was

gee Carol Allen Juanell John-
son and Norma Berhson.

ree" stated Cathey.
Club Life Committee
To Send Questionnaire
The Student Council standing
committee on club life has drawn
up a letter and questionnaire
which will be sent to all clubs on
the campus as soon as it is mimeo-
graphed. The Student Council under the
Student Association Constitution
passed last spring has the author-
ity to grant charters to new clubs
and to revoke the charters of any
inactive organizations.
"The committee decided that
sending a questionnaire to clubs
would be the best method to find
any inactive organizations which
may exist" McPherson said.
"We feel that this questionnaire
will give the clubs the opportunity
to evaluate their own activities at
the same time they are helping us
complete our investigation."
"We urge that club president
return these forms to us as soon
after they receive them as is pos-
sible" McPherson finished.

Nothing
without wings
climbs like a
'56 Chevrolet !
Ever level off a mountain with
your foot? Nothing to it. Just point
this new '56 Chevy uphill and ease
down on the gas.
Up you go with a quiet (hydraulic-hushed
valve lifters now iii
all engines V8 or 6) rush of power.
This is the car you know that
broke the Pikes Peak record. The
car that conquered towering grades
and vicious switchback turns to
prove its superior performance
handling ease and cornering ability.
These are built-in qualities that
mean more driving pleasure and
safety for you. Chevrolet also offers
such safety features as seat belts
with or without shoulder harness
and instrument panel padding as
extra-cost options.
There are 19 new Chevrolets
all with Body by Fisher. Drop in
and drive one.
