Respecting the Abatement of Suits &c.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the Republic of Texas in
Congress assembled That where any party may
die ponding any suit in any of the courts of this

AN ACT
To define the Boundary line of the County of
Montgomery.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the Republic of Texas in
Congress assembled That tho boundaries of the
couniy of Monlgoraery shall be as hereinafter ex
pressed to wit: Beginning at a point on the east
side of the Nava Soto river where the San Antonio
crosses the same thenco castwardjy with said read
to the Trinily river thence down said river to the:
bodndary lino of the county of Liberty; thenee
west and south with the-boundary line of said -
couniy to the county of Austin thence with said
couniy line to the Brazos river thence up said river-
to the mouth of tho'Nava Soto to the place of be-
ginning. Sec. 2. Be it further enacted That all acts and . 3PP
parts of acts coming within the purview and mean 4
ing of this act be and the same is hereby repealed. " '
