to Abraham I. Goldberg under the
date of May 31 1021 and contain
ing pretended signatures of Cyrus
Adler nnd Acting President and
l.QUls Glnzoerg together with the
names of othir persons who wore
nt no time members of the1 teach-
ing staff of the Seminary. The Imi-
tated signatures of Doctor Adlcr
nnd Professor Glnzberg respective-
ly are both forgeries. No person by
the name of Abraham I Goldborg
was ever graduated by the Semi
nary The diploma moreover bears
a supposed seal which was at no
time the seal of the Seminary Cor-
poration. It Is understood that Ab-
raham I. Goldberg has at various
times officiated m a Rabbi and
teacher in various congregations In
Texas aod Arizona. All persons nro
warned that the claim of the said
Abraham I. Goldberg to bu u grad-
uate of tho Jewish Theological
Seminary of American Is fradu-
lent. In general congregations are
advised that It Is In their Interest
when persons claiming to bo grad-
