This Texas Court Rules I dedicate to the lawyers. It is not from
any brain work of mine, but from the minds of our great jurists in
Texas, who made the rules. Some credit to J. W. Moffett and L. D.
Hawkins, as well as to myself, must be allowed for work done on the
annotations, notes and index.
