Mayor E. F' Kelly announces
for re-election to the office of
Mayor of Barttett, election in
April. Mr. Kelly is one of our
oldest citizens, and for sometime
he has filled the office of Mayor,
always doing what ho thought
was his duty and complying with
the law. He solicits the support
of the voters for re-election and
if elected will perform the duties
of the office faithfully.
