The missionary woman's sphere of service on
the foreign field with emphasis on her role as
a teacher, personal worker, wife, and mother,
and how these roles will be modified by life
and work within a different culture.
3327. Campus Evangelism
The nature of secular culture on the large university
campus will be studied as well as effective
methods of penetrating this culture with
the gospel of Christ.
3328. History of Restoration Missions
Historical and contemporary developments in
the foreign missions efforts of Churches of
Christ since the inception of the Restoration
Movement.
3329. Field Work in Missions
Students will set their own goals and structure
procedures in a missions involvement project
among peoples of different ethnic groups in
Abilene under the guidance of the professor in
charge. Requirements for this course may also
be satisfied by participation in faculty approved
evangelistic efforts at home and abroad.3341. Seminar in Selected Missionary Fields
A research program designed to prepare the
prospective missionary through an understanding
of the culture of the people among whom

The cultures of people throughout the world,
with emphasis on cultural patterns. The course
is especially valuable for missionaries, but it is
also recommended for all Christian workers.

An attempt to determine Biblical principles relating

approach to determine through research which
methods have been productive through the ages.

Designed to teach church leaders how to educate
the local congregation in world missions

the church to promote and support the world
outreach of the congregation. Such topics as
the mission committee, developing a mission
philosophy, criteria for selecting and training
a missionary, choosing the field, and overseeing
