General Information
Credits Available-Students can earn 12-14 semester hours credit
in only 12 weeks of study. Course selection available from over 200
subjects.
Air - Conditioned Facilities - Classrooms, cafeteria, library and
dormitories are air-conditioned.
Religious Emphasis-Each day students and faculty meet for a
devotional in Sewell Auditorium at 8:30 a.m. In addition to regular
worship programs of the churches of Christ in Abilene, the college
students conduct the following weekly meetings-10 p.m. Tuesday
devotional on Administration Building steps, Mission Study Class on
Wednesday and Girls' Training Class and Evangelistic Forum on Thursday.Intramural Athletics-Regular program of intramural athletics for
both men and women is carried on in the summer session.
Other Recreation-All-school picnics and watermelon feasts are
features of the summer session. The Departments of Music and Speech
furnish musical and dramatic entertainment. Popular and educational
movies are shown on the campus lawns once each week.
