The course of study is continuous through the primary, intermediate,
and grammar grades. It does not differ materially from the
courses offered in any other graded school, except that an attempt is
made to better adjust the subject matter of the curriculum to interests
and needs of the pupils.
While the school exists primarily for the purpose of training teachers,
yet the principle is maintained that the interests of the pupil shall
receive the most important consideration; and it is believed that
whatever advances the well-being of the child best serves the purpose
for which the school exists.
