II. DEPARTMENT OF THE BIBLE.
112.-Gospel of John. Close study of the Fourth Gospel
by analytical outline, memory work, and historical interpretation.
Special emphasis placed on this Gospel as the exponent
of the spirit of Christianity. Parallel reading and written
work.
122.-First and Second Corinthians. An analysis and interpretation
of Paul's Corinthian epistles. Outlines, memory
work, historical situation emphasized. Use of commentaries
as suggestive not as final interpreters. Parallel reading and
written reports.
132.-The General Epistles. The letters of James, Peter,
John and Jude studied in order, with outlines of each. Historical
setting, doctrines, and peculiarities of style and spirit
of each. Parallel reading and reports.
113.-Genesis and Exodus will be studied with carefully
arranged outline, the books being divided into Parts, Sections,
and Paragraphs, accompanied by Queries calling forth the
principal thoughts.

book, and the courses take the work in chronological order.
