Getting The Right View Point
Sonic inefficient workers nrc inefficient because they take no
interest in tlicir work They have no love for their daily tasks
They drag thcmelvcs to tlicir job in the morning and drag
through the day interested only in quitting time when they
can get away from their task No worker who isnt interested in
his job vitally interested until it ceases to become just a means
of earning a few dollars and becomes a part of life will ever
fcc anything more than all inefficient worker not in his lifetimeTo such persons the task whatever it is will always be
drudgery a tiling to which fate has unjustly sentenced them
They will never do themselves any good or their employers any
good They will always be mediocre inefficient indifferent
workers No worker whether he be efficient or handicapped
will ever do his best or give the day s work to which he is capable
until he gets the right viewpoint of his job until he can
look upon his job with pride and eagerness and enthusiasm
each morning and say This one thing I do If he hasnt
this quality in his make up and his present job doesnt inspire
this feeling he had better quit and try something else He has
the wrong job for him He is a square peg in a round hole
