Materials: Four pounds hulled
strawberries two pounds of augar one
lemon.
Way of preparing: Mix the straw-
berries and Bugar placo In a porcelain
lined kettle cover and let stand In a
warm place for two hours then place
thorn on the fire and bring thum siow-
ly to the polling point. Skim while
cooking. Test by dropping a small
quantity of 'Juice on a cold saucer. As
