The ACU Debit Card program provides students convenience in
making non-cash purchases of textbooks, school supplies, sundry
items or food items. Through the use of their student identification
card and the initiation of a debit card account, students may limit
the amount of cash they will need to carry on campus.
"Campus Cash" may be used at Abilene Educational Supply, the
ACU Campus Store, the World Famous Bean, Pizza Hut, Chick-Fil-A,
Bean Sprout, Bagel Wagon, Jelly Bean, Connections Cafe and the
Fatted Cafe.
"Bean Bucks" may be used ONLY to purchase food at any of the
dining facilities on campus. "Bean Bucks" are available by purchasing
a meal plan.
To charge "Campus Cash" to the student's account, a student should
complete a charge authorization form and present it to Team 55.
Students must have a credit balance on their account before "Campus
Cash" can be charged. Upon approval of this charge to the student's
account, the "Campus Cash" will be activated the same day. A charge
labeled "Campus Cash" will be displayed on the student's account for
the amount charged. A minimum charge is required for the purchase
to be placed on the student's account.
"Campus Cash" may be purchased at any time during the semester.
The balance expires at the end of the Summer II session. Refunds of
"Campus Cash" balances in excess of $5 will be made upon request in
