There are fathers who wish to heaven their boys were scouts.
There are mothers who will bless the man who gets their boys
into Scouting.
More boys than you guess secretly wish someone would make
it possible for them to be scouts.
You have the opportunity, you have the men, you have the boys.
You have the urgent plea of the National Council that you
bring those boys, those men and the opportunity together.
You have your own position in the Movement as the natural
starting point.
Aggressive work will bring almost any troop up to the 32
mark. Aggressive work will start new troops.
Inspired by the enthusiasm of their leaders, your scouts will
get new scouts. New scouts will get more scouts.
