the following rules nnd regulations for the
government of their transactions taking
effect from January 15:
1. No hide or skins classed or lumped on
thestreets.
a. Nn tildes or skins bought except on a
election.
1. Dry flint dry salt nnd wet gnlt bides
when tainted or hnlr-sllppcd worm cut rat-
eaten or having six or more cuts and bull
hides to be deemed dummied hides ami to be
bought and paid for at half price of sound or
good hldis. L'nnt to tan to be paid for ot
one-fourth the price of sound bides.
