DYA Summer Playground
Program (for children 6 to 9
years old). The first session
begins June 5 and the entire
program will be at West Ft

cost is $5 per child with a max
imum cost of $7.50 for more

pieces and gawk at the uniforms
of their predecessors.
Five teachers accompanied
the 65 children for a holiday
tour of the 1st Cav. Div
museum and various Ft. Hood
facilities. The children got a
day away from school to tour
the post adding to the thrill
of seeing "real live tanks and
helicopters" in the various
motor pools.
The children left Ft. Hood at
noon for a picnic in Killeen's
Condor Park before returning
home to Rogers.
