Well Papa,
You've gone on to receive the jewel in your crown
And we know God will say "Well done, My Son"
As you are Heaven Bound!
We will miss that smile on your face,
and how you loved us so much with your warmth and grace.
Throughout the years, you've ahvays been a wonderful man,
making time to listen and lend a helping hand.
We'll never forget the guidance you gave,
and that stern look when we tried to misbehave.
We love the talks and stories of the places you've been,
and things you've seen.
You ivere the best "Papa" in the whole wide world,
it didn't matter if we were bad boys or curious little girls.
Av we grew older you were there, we only had to call,
we knew that we could count on you, you'd never let us fall.
So many times in our lives you've helped us get through,
we're so glad God gave us a "Papa" like you.
Your parting has left a void, but we '11 fill it with rememberedjoys.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Oh yes, these things we will miss.
You ivere a grandpa beyond belief and now our hearts are filled with grief
We assure you we ivill not cry for long, because we know you are now safely home.
We are happy you don't have to suffer any more,
you finally have approach heaven's door.
Thank you for setting a great example and living a Godly life,
you had a pure heart and didn't allow us to have strife.
We are so thankful for the memories we share, it sure makes this loss easier to bare.
Our lives you will ahvays be a part, because we reserved a place for you within our hearts.
Bye Papa, we know we will see you again,
You've gone on to receive the jewel in your crown
