Anderson, who passed away sud-
deniy at his home in Houston
last Thursday were Mr. and Mrs.

Mrs. Curtis Dubosc of Waco,!
was called here to attend the
funeral of her brother-in- law, ^
Gilbert Anderson, who passed
away in Houston last Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Dick Brewer and
children of San Angelo, were
here to attend the funeral of
the former's brother-in-law,
Gilbert Anderson.
J. B. Stokes. Jr.. who attends
A&M College at College Station,
is at home for the holidays.
W.M.Bailey was a business
visitor in Lufkin the past week.
R. S. Wade made a business
trip to Lufkin Monday.
R. D. Free of Pollok was a
business visitor here the past
week.
S. S. Jones of Forest, was a
business visitor here Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Mc-
Adams of Lufkin, was a business
visitor here Friday.
We arc sorry to learn that an
old timer of Wells, J. W. Ses-
sions, is in Newburn Hospital at
Jacksonville. This reporter does
not know just what the trouble-
is. but we hope that it is not
serious and that he will soon be
out of the hospital.
Kenneth Dunn, who is attend-
ing college in Arkansas, is here
for the holidays.
