SPRING HAS
FINALLY SPRUNG
Mar* we've had sunshine for a couple of days In a row and
I think that Old Man Winter has just about done his due.
Well get about one more dose of It and then well have
what ought to be the most wonderful spring in history.
Now that the weather is opening up, a lot of other things
will be opening up in the building and new business
fields. Right now, we've got two Mud Companies trying to
get a warehouse. Now is the time to start doing something
about your home or business situation.
AN OUTSTANDING HOME
We've got a real home for someone. This home has never
been on the market before and has had only one owner.
It is in a choice corner location, fully carpeted, everything
is in tip top shape inside and out and is a home that
anyone would be proud to own. In addition, there is an
apartment that can be rented out. You couldn't replace
this home for anything like you can buy it for. Will sell
you this home for $12,500 and guarantee you won't find
a better buy. You need to come down and talk with us
about this home . . . right now . . . when it's gone there
ain't no more.
SEE FOR YOURSELF
We're sailing along on the new brick homes up on Skyline
Terrace. Get mama. and the kids and go up and take a
good look at these two nice homes. Of course, the corner
home is sold but there isn't nothing like looking at new
homes to get ideas and get a little house fever started.
This whole area is restricted to new homes and is Cana-
dian's finest residential area. Close to the Schools, large
lots and will be on the pavement, thank goodness. You
can buy this 3 bedroom home for NOTHING DOWN on a
GI and a small down payment on FHA. You'll see that
these homes have everything you could ask for. Should
have it finished in a month and you can start spring off
right. Just see for yourself and then come by and see us.
RAMBLINGS
They're starting a deep well up on Bud Brainard's Horse
Creek Ranch that will be real interesting and a shallow
well back ove. on Frank Chambers. Leasing is staying
pretty steady and we ought to see quite a lot more activity
this year. We would like to visit with you about your plans
and ideas on buying, selling or swapping. You never can
tell, we might have just the fit for you; If you want some
of those free trees on the lots south of Randy Sumner's,
you better help yourself soon as we are going to start
moving some dirt around. See you next week.
