A political cartoon featuring Senate Minority Leader Charles McNary, Senate Majority Leader Alben Barkley, House Speaker William Bankhead, Vice President John Garner, House Minority Leader Joseph Martin and House Majority Leader Sam Rayburn. This cartoon is a commentary on the visit of the King of England, George VI and his wife Elizabeth to the United States in 1939. The congressional delegation selected to honor the royals consisted of those seen in the cartoon.
