ues of Dallas County is $2,«

Dr. Svyearingcn, State Health
officer, has written a lengthy
letter to the Governor relative
to the conclusions of the Mex-
ican Congress pf Hygiene on
quarantine matters. He takes
issue with the idea that ten
days is sufficient length of time
to detain suspects, and the
whole letter is a very practical
presentation of the quarantine
question.
The Collector of Fane in
County settled torday.
The Comptroller is in re-
ceipt of a letter asking if there
is any law providing for a
donation, by the State, to
mothers of triplpts. The idea
that such a law exists arises
from the fact, perhaps, that
the Legislature at one time
did give a J°agua and labor of

torch light procession. Judge
Kelly and General Noyes are

Logan's tour from Rochester,
