week visiting in Hempstead with
their son, J. M. Moorman, and
family. Bobby, grandson cf the
Moormans', has been ill but was
much improved when they re-
turned home Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Grady Nelson and
son Larry visited in the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Valenta recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Valenta and
family visited Mrs. Mary Nelson
in Rockdale Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Homer Wilhelm
spent Sunday night in the home
of Mr. Wilhelm's sister, Mrs. Ed
Valanta.
Mrs. Adell Montague and son
of Caldwell are spending a few
days this week with Mrs. Mon-
tague's sister, Mrs. Grady Nelson
near Milano.
Miss Ada Ve Williams spent
Saturday and Sunday in Caldwell
visiting friends. Miss Williams, a
teacher in Houston Public Schools
and former resident of Caldwell,
and other members of her family
were here to attend the dedica-
tion service at the Presbyterian
Church Sunday.
