CERTIFICATE
The State of Texas, Department of State.
I, JANE Y. McCALLUM, Secretary of State of the State of
Texas, do hereby certify that the foregoing laws passed at the
Fifth Called Session of the Forty-first Legislature of the State
of Texas, which convened in the City of Austin, Texas, on
February 19, A. D., 1930, and adjourned on March 20, A. D.,
1930, have been carefully examined and compared by me with
the original enrolled bills now on file in this Department, and
that they are true copies of said original enrolled bills.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto signed my name officially
and caused to be impressed hereon the seal of State at my
office in the City of Austin, State of Texas, this the 22nd day
of April, A. D. 1930.
