8357.8 feet to the point of beginning and containing 126.09
acres, more or less.
A tract of land known as the J. T. Hooke 100.0 acres described
as follows: beginning at a point in the West line of the
Munoz tract, said point being South along said West line 1347.0
feet from the South line of the Military road; thence North 81
deg 33 min West 2037.9 feet; thence South 8 deg 47 min West,
1899.2 feet; thence South 38 deg 34
min East 341.2 feet; thence
South 74 deg 31U min East 322.6 feet; thence South 77 deg
541 min East 1461.3 feet; thence North 8 deg 561 min East
2262.6 feet; to the point of beginning and containing 100.00

A tract of land out of the original Holloway tract described
as follows; beginning at a point on the North bank of the Rio
Grande said point being in the division line between the Donna
Irrigation District tract at the river pumping plant and the Holloway

line to a point in the center line of the Military road; thence
North 47 deg 58 min West along said center line 1495.2 feet;
thence South 00 deg 02 min West along the West line of the Holloway
tract and the East line of the River side Subdivision to a
point on the North bank of the Rio Grande; thence down the Rio
Grande with its meanders to the point of beginning and containing
116.85 acres, more or less.
A tract of land out of the original Holloway tract described
as follows: beginning at a point in the center line of the La Croz
resaca, said point being North 00 deg 02 min East 4936.3 feet
from the North east corner of the tract of land now owned by
Mrs. S. C. Holloway; thence North 00 deg 02 min East 1367.0
feet; thence North 89 deg 58 min West 1111.7 feet; thence South
00 deg 02 min West 592.0 feet; thence South 55 deg 05 min East
1366.2 -feet to the place of beginning and containing 25.00 acres
more or less.
A tract of land out of the original Holloway tract described
as follows: beginning at a point in the East line of the original
Holloway tract, said point being also in the West line of the
tract of land known as the La Donna subdvn., and being North
00 deg 02 min 2346.6 feet from the North East corner of the
Niehauss tract, which corner is in the center line of the La Cruz
respca: thence North 00 deg 02 min East 1959.2 feet, thence
North 89 deg 58 min West 1111.7 feet; thence South 00 deg 02
min West 1959.2 feet; thence South 89 deg. 58 min East 1111.7
feet to the point of beginning and containing 50.00 acres more
or less.
