known parly who stole a heavy blue
coat and vest one pair of gloves from
his overcoat pocket nnd one necktie.
The coat was stamped In tbo back with

camp Cincinnati." It Is supposed to be
the act of a tramp who was put to work
at tbe house chopping wood and carry-
ing It Into the house lor his dinner.
