they thought attached The case went
to trial yesterday and J H Bear ap-
peared and claimed that the crop that
was levied on was his and Introduced
a number of witnesses to substantiate
his claim The Jury after deliberating
on tho case for a while returned a ver-
dict granting Judgment for plaintiff
against Box and also granting a Judg-
ment for Bear against Smith Tom
