[Advancement Center]

Description: Photograph of the Alumni and Development Center. This structure was originally built to house the President of UNT in 1956. It was located on Avenue E next to the Coliseum. Avenue E was originally known as Mill street. The name was changed around the time this house was opened. The street is now known as North Texas Boulevard. The home was occupied by the Office of Advancement in its later years.The Gateway Center now occupies this site.
