Eligibility Certificates
Veterans cannot use their cer-
tificates of eligibility after No-

from Dean Robert A. Collins. On
that date new certificates will be
issued to replace the old ones.
Dean Collins urges all veterans
to be sure that their choices of
schools are approved by the Vet-
erans Administration. Any school
which has not been in existence
at least one year will not be ap-
proved. Also the veterans should note
that they may find difficulty if
they decide to change their ob-
jective. This change must be ap-
proved by the Veterans Admin-
istration. Their eligibility docs not
become effective at the begin-
ning of the semester but after
the change is approved. As the
average time talten to get this
approval is six to eight weeks it
would be advisable to make ap-
plication for the change that far
in advance before the end of a
semester Dean Collins suggested.
The Veterans Administration
has the power to make veterans
take tests to prove their ability in
the field of their new objective.
Graduate work must also bo jus-
