Watch the mighty Hardin-Simmons Cowboys take on the East
Texas Baptist Tigers during Saturday's game at 2pm.
The Hardin-Simmons Cowboys will
look for their 13tn consecutive
Homecoming win when they take on
East Texas Baptist on October 25. HSU

games dating back to 1991. Last sea-
son HSU beat Sul Ross 31-6 in their

nent for Homecoming this year howev-
er as East Texas Baptist comes into the
game as one of three teams undefeated
in the American Southwest Conference
play. HSU and Mary Hardin-Baylor are
the other two. ETBU is coming off a 66-
10 drubbing of Sul Ross on October 11
and they took on Texas Lutheran in their
last game. The Tigers were ranked
number 36 in the latest Don Hansen's
Football Gazette poll.
Hardin-Simmons is 3-0 overall in
their brief series with East Texas
Baptist. HSU beat the Tigers 43-22 last
year in Marshall. This is only the fourth
season of football at ETBU and they
have made great strides this year as
they beat Howard Payne earlier in the
