Representative Madden called up with senate amendments for consideration
at this time,
HB 1610, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the requirement that a
judge release on community supervision certain defendants convicted of certain
state jail felonies.
Representative Madden moved to discharge the conferees and concur in the
senate amendments to HB 1610.
