Description

Photograph of 6 people. This portrait is of the Bernson family at the wedding party for Albert Bernson and Mabel Young Bernson. From left to right in the photograph, Claude Young (Mabel Young Bernson's brother), Claude's wife (Opal Young), Albert Bernson (brother to George, husband to Mabel), George Bernson (brother to Albert, husband to Helen), Mabel Young Bernson (sister of Claude, wife of Albert), and Helen Bernson (wife of George). This photograph is a full-length, front-facing pose around a table with a cloth and book on it. The women are all holding flowers, wearing rings, necklaces, dresses, lace-up heeled boots, and have their hair up. Mabel Young Bernson's dress and boots are a light color, and there is a cameo brooch on the front of the dress. Albert Bernson is sitting on a stool slightly behind her and is wearing a military uniform. George Bernson is sitting in a chair in the middle behind the table and wearing a pinstriped suit. His hair is cut short on the sides and stands up on top. Helen Bernson is sitting on the right side of the table. Her dress and boots are a dark color except for a light collar. Claude Young is standing behind her and is wearing a dark suit with a pocket watch chain visible. His hair is cut short on the sides and slicked back. Opal Young is standing to the right. Her dress is tiered at the hips and has embroidery on the collar and a cameo brooch.
