Those who saw tho kittens (very un-
wlld cats) in action against tho Okla-
!f homa Mustangs are wondering If tho
Cats; will be mado the" goats when the
contiUt is over. For although there
seems to bo considerable material
avadhblo tho offenso seemed unablo
to operate effectively and tho dofenso
seemed just averse to extending It-
self The entiro -trouble apparently
wasinck of hustlo duo either to ovor-
cohfldencc or unfamiliarlty with each
other.
But there is no need to fear a simi-
lardisplay on tho part of tho Morris-
men again. They enter this scries
wlths.blood intho eyes and n full un-
derstanding that when onco a goats

turn .loose is to smother tho boy in

.When Powell nnd Hill hit their old
stride somcono had better look long
and carefully. When Thrush gots
going as ho did in Hi-school thoy had
.better look quick for he docs his do

ifBrj ". best ever if It will onlysettlo down to
consistent playing. Coons '"seems a
little slow but that will likely iron
out too when tho team-work gots bet-

picious but for those who are it will
be interesting to know that 27 Is .corn-

defeated sports of 26 will be tho vic-
tors of 27.' Most people are more in-
terested in tho nstronomy of the court
than that of tho skies but it is inter-
esing to know that ho heavens declare
tho Billies defeat and tho cats mean
to - do somo handy-work. Day after
day they practico out and night after

Students and friends of the two col-

2EUNER HALL GIVEN
SEYERE INSPECTION
BY TEN SENIOR BOYS
ONLY FOUR BEDS FROM SIXTY
ARE FOUND NOT MADE
UP BY OWNERS
"Its a difficult task to describe
what wo saw In Zcllner Hall.tho. other
morning" asserted tho foreman of
special jury of senior boys appointed
by President Baxter to inspect tho
girls rooms "but it was well worth
tho money." "Ycssir I know that Alice
had u wondorful trip in Wonderland
but Bho just ought to drift thru the
domiciles of a hall so blooming and
evanescent with scintillating beauty."
Tho. foreman further states in be-
half: of tho jury that; taken by and
at large the rooms wero real easy on
tho optics- Ho again added "Wo
wore considerably surprised flustrat-
cdtover whelmed and gratified whon
wo discovered that only four beds
wero abandoned without tho cus
tomary lick and promise makeup so
common to McDonald residents. And
according to the guilty ones it was
actually tho first day tho crime had
been committed."
Tho prize for the best room was
awarded to Mavlco Carney nnd Tull-
Ino Buckallow. This rirlzo consisted
of a congratulations handshake by
the foreman. He testified that Queen
Mario would have paid high tribute to
such a berth with pretty Httl6 deco-
rations scattered hither nnd yon.
"After It Is all over" continued the
foreman "wo are still ablo to sing
'Let Mo Call You Sweetheart' to our
respective acquaintances of the house
keeping sex with no lessened -fervor
Wero it not rumored that a delega-
tion of girls will bo allowed to trip
through McDonald Hall at an early
date wo would go on record with fur-
ther stattments. But as stated be-
fore we were In Search of housekeep-
ers and found them;
After the Jury had received1 Its final
Instructions from Miss Nelson dean
o women who- piloted the scenic ex-
ploration it was voted unanimously
that they bo quoted as saying: "Yeah
boy sho's mlno and I still love 'or."
