The house is enclosed by a white picket fence. In left foreground, there is a man (possibly identified as Wiley Jones) on horseback watching over a flock of sheep. The man, who has a long gray beard, is wearing dark pants, jacket, and a hat. On the George Ranch house, note that both porches are open, both story windows are shuttered, and foul pens are at southeast approach of house. The cistern house is unpainted in this photograph, and has a weather vane at the top of it. There is no driveway leading to the front of the house. Photograph .001 is mounted on black cardboard substrate. Dimensions below are of the image itself. Dimensions of .001 on substrate are approximately: 25.4 cm x 20.3 cm.
