List of decrees promulgated by the Cortes de Cádiz during the year 1812 up to October 27. The decrees are listed out in chronological order and cover many topics: use the royal standard; negroes may be admitted to schools and ecclesiastical studies; employees cease to be so when the job is declared finished; a town in given the title of "noble and loyal city"; and hanging is replaced by strangling for criminals sentenced to death.
