2. A passing score on the CLEP gives you the opportunity to write a departmental essay. Credit will be given only if the writing sample meets
department standards.
3. If CLEP score is high enough, 8 hours of Elementary credit is given. A writing sample is required for Intermediate credit.
4. Cannot be counted if a student has credit for Math 1311 or Math 1312.
