A student activity fee is optional for special students. A
special student is one taking three or less literary subjects.
DEPOSITS
Deposits will be held to the credit of each individual student
until the close of the session, at which time they are refundable,
less any fines or charges which may have accrued. In the event
that a deposit becomes completely depleted due to fines or other
charges, such as guest meals, the student will be required to make
an additional deposit immediately upon receipt of notice from the
Business Office. Refunds will be made only on request. Refunds
will be made to students only upon written request of parents or
guardians. No refunds will be made until after the close of the
session. UNLESS REQUEST FOR REFUND IS FILED IN
THE BUSINESS OFFICE PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER
FIRST, THE RIGHT TO CLAIM REFUND IS FOR-
FEITED. In no case will a deposit refund be made to a student
*The Student Activity Fee includes the admission to all athletic and
college events. It entitles the student to all College publications, including the
College annual. A portion of this fee is also set aside to support Band, Debating,
Religious and Musical activities.
**Students taking stenography are required in all cases to pay typing fee.
*If a four-hour course is included, $83.33 is added for the additional hour.
