Returns True Bills
The Archer County Grand Jury
handed down three indictments after
hearing evidence on three cases from
District Attorney Tim Cole Tuesday.
Judy Lynn Cosway was indicted on a
charge of theft over $20,000 but less
than SI00,000. The indictment con-
tained 51 counts of theft dating from .
May 5, 1992 to May 9, 1994 during a
time when Cosway was employed to
provide home health care for an elderly
Archer City woman by the woman's
family. The family, stated the
woman's nephew Carter McGregor,
Jr., had set up an account to provide
for the woman's care and enlisted
Cosway to help administer it. District
Attorney Tim Cole said that 51 checks
written on the acount totaled
$48,356.77.
McGregor contacted authorities after
after he reviewed his aunt's bank rec-
ords and noticed problems with it.
Archer County Sheriff P. L. Pippin
stated that the Tuesday indictment was
the culmination of a nine-month inves-
tigation by Archer County Sheriffs

Fox for DWI-Felony (third offense)
and Michael J. Loyd for arson in an
