present year was held at association head-
quarters In this city yesterday morning
Major Charles 13 Peck Reneral manager
called the meetlns to order at 10 oclock
and after a two hours session the session
adjourned subject to call The meeting nai
well attended as twentytwo roads were
represented

ing that the whole decrease occurred In
tho months of October and November
