Raymond F. Pustejovsky of
Granger son of Mrs. Frances
Pustejovsky of Bartlett died
Thursday evening in a Taylor
hospital at the age of GG.
Mr. Pustejovsky was born in
Granger May 25 1905 and had
engaged in farming. He was a
member of Granger Brethren
Church.
On February 27 1929 he mar-
ried Miss Albina Reisner who
survives him. Other survivors
include his mother Mrs. Fran-
ces Pustejovsky of Bartlett; a
Bon Raymond Jr. of Granger;
three sisters Mrs. Albina Sled-
ge of Houston Mrs. Lillie Cum-
mings of Bartlett and Mrs.
Frances Hines of Thorndale;
one brother Albert Pustejovs-
ky of Pasadena.
Funeral services were con
ducted Saturday at the Gran-
ger Brethren Church with the
Rev. F. J. Kostohryz officiat-
ing. Burial was in the church
cemetery.
Pallbearers were Richard
Cervenka Curtis V. Hines
Bobby Reisner Frankie Puste-
jovsky" Curtis Freeman and
Lynn Pustejovsky.
Husband Of Former
Resident Passes
Joe H. Lundell G7 of Temple
husband of former resident
died Thursday morning in a
Temple nursing home. He had
"been in ill health for the past
several months.
Funeral services were con-
ducted at 4 p. m. Friday at Har-pcr-Talasek
Funeral Home the
Rev. Clyde Nichols officiating.
Burial was in Bellwood Memor-
ial Park.
Mr. Lundell was born in Tay-
lor the son of Clause A. and
Mary Lundell. He was a farmer
in the Taylor area for 40 years
before he moved to Temple in
1947. He was married to Miss
Iris Blanche Conn of Bartlett
in 1935. He was a member of
the First Christian Church of
Temple.
Surviving are his wife; a
daughter Mrs. Sandra Przyoyl-
ski of Temple ; two sisters Mrs.
L. P. Heard Sr. of Belton and
Mrs. Eunice Slack of Austin;
and four grandchildren.

John Lutheran Church enter-
tained the Central Conference
Singers Saturday evening with
a hamburger supper at the
church.
Volleyball was enjoyed by the
group during the evening foll-
owed by a swimming party at
the Bartlett pool.
Approximately 30 guests were
present.
RICKY NAUERT NAMED
TO ALL-DISTRICT
Ricky Nauert of Austin son
of Mrs. Rita Nauert and the
late Dr. R. F. Nauert has been
named to the All-District 20AA
Baseball Team.
Ricky a sophomore played
out-fielu and pitcher for West-
lake High in Austin. He also
played tackle on the football
team and is an honor student.
He is the grandson of Mr.
and Mrs. Ed Nauert and Mr.
and Mrs. Milsted Bird.
Has Regular Meet
The Martha Circle of St.
John Lutheran Church met last
Wednesday in the fellowship
hall of the church for their reg-
ular monthly meeting.
The meeting opened witn a
hymn "Love Divine All Love
Excelling" followed by a pray-
er by Pastor Robert Thronson.
The Bible study "Unity For
Quarrelsome Saints to Marry
or not to Marry" basdd on 1
Cor. 12-25 and 1 Cro. 7 was
presented by Rev. Thronson.
Following the study a question
and answer period on marriage
and divorce was conducted by
all members present. The Pas
tor closed the study with prayer.
Mrs. Gilbert Fischer present-
ed the offering meditation and
prayer.
Mrs. Harvey Kramer chair-
man presided at the short us-
iness meeting. Mrs. Ernest
Sturm reported 126 visits to the
sick and shut-ins for the month.
The meeting closed with the
Lord's Prayer and the singing
of the Doxology.
Refreshments were served to
17 members and one visitor
Miss Marjorie Fischer by the
hostesses. Mrs. E. L. Schultz
Mrs. Albert Friedrich Mrs. El-
dor Lindemann and Mrs. Ern-
est Friedrich.

the home of Mrs. Rufus Ander-

rey Gammage Mrs. Henry Fos-
ter Mrs. Howard Roberson and
Mrs. Ella Harris.
The serving table was cover-
ed with a pink and white lace
cloth and centered with a pink
floral arrangement carrying
out t2 bride's chosen colors.
Guests were registered by
Mrs. Etta Anderson.
Special guest was Mrs. Will-
iam T. Green aunt of the hon-
oree. The couple will be married
June 20th at the Mt. Arie Bap-
tist CJiurch.
