Photograph of a yellow fire engine with a long extension ladder that is reaching up to one of two sky tram cars. Each tram car is suspended from a parallel wire cable, both of which can be seen stretched horizontally across the top of the photo, and there are two people in each car. Two firefighters in casual uniform (blue polo shirt and dark-colored pants) climb the ladder - one on the middle of the ladder, and the other at the very top. On the ground there is a crowd of onlookers to the left, three police officers (one of whom is running off to the right) and several firefighters in the middle, a police car at the bottom left, and a news van just beyond the police car. In the background, the Texas Hall of State (a multi-story, cream colored stone building) can be seen on the left, and on the right is the huge cowboy statue, "Big Tex".
