Julia (Hestand) Stone: The widow of Bill Stone dead at Dundee, Texas. Mrs. Bill Stone died
Saturday at Dundee, Texas her home. Burial of the body took place Sunday at 3 p.m. at Dundee. Mrs.
Stone's husband who was killed some years ago by the bite of a rattlesnake, was the brother of Hugh
Stone of Celina, Texas and the late J. R. Stone whose home was south of Celina, Texas. Attending the
funeral from Celina Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Stone Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Carl Stone and Mr. and
Mrs. Jack Eoff and Mrs. M. U. Duncan of Aubrey, Texas. The deceased leaves two sons and three

Mrs. Tom Stone: Captain W. C. Stone of Camp Bowie spent Saturday night and Sunday here
with his uncle H. G. Stone, Jim Stone and Hugh Stone. Captain Stone's home is in Celina, Tennessee.
H. G. Stone just learned of the death of his brother Tom Stone's wife, age 74, in Celina, Tennessee a

Tom Stone: A telegram was received Thursday morning bringing to Uncle Hugh Stone who
lives a short distance out on the McKinney road the unwelcome news that his brother, Tom Stone, 80,
had died at his home in Celina, Tennessee. The Tennessee brother is a little younger than the one at the
end of this line and had been making periodical visits to Texas. It has been something over a year since
he was here last. The deceased leaves eight children; two brothers, John and Hugh; a sister, Mrs. L. L.

Infant daughter Sutton: Graveside services were at Cottage Hill Cemetery Saturday afternoon
for the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. K. W. Sutton of Skaggs Community north of Celina, Texas. The
child was born and died in a McKinney hospital Saturday morning, October 22, 1949. Rev. C. B. Garrett,
pastor of the Celina Methodist Church officiated. Helms Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Talton Allen Swaim: Talton Allen Swaim, 43, died in Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas Monday,
May 12, 1941, and the body was brought to Celina, Texas after services conducted at a Dallas funeral
home by the Rev. W. C. Clement, former Celina Methodist pastor now serving at Stamford, Texas and
was buried in Celina Cemetery Tuesday. The deceased who was born September 21, 1898 was on May
14, 1927 married to Fern Lea Fulton, sister of Mrs. Sam Patrick of Celina, Texas. He was employed by
Sanger Brothers of Dallas. The wife, a brother Owen Swaim of Dallas, Texas and three sisters, Mrs.
Oscar Smith, Miss Emily Swaim of Dallas, Texas and Lois Lavender of Shreveport, Louisiana survive.
