Basketball Team
; The girls' basketball team to
represent Bartlett High con-
sists of IB girls. Coach C. R.
Lindsay has announced their
names as follows:
Dorothy Daugherty Joyce
Miller and Sue Stokes are letter-
men from last year. Pat Dusek
Linda Janke and Kalista Kret-
zschmar are juniors along with
the three lettermen. Sophomores
on the team are Samye Hill
Dianne Lindemann Linda Win-
frey and Karen Zschiesche.
Mary Lou Crow Lana Kunz
Cynthia Lango. Irene Marek
and Betty Persky are freshmen
on the team.

IN AUTOMOBILES
CAUSE ACCIDENTS
Hunters today were warned
against carrying loaded guns in
their automobiles. J. B. Phillips
law enforcement coordinator of
the Game and Fish Commission
points out its very dangerous
"Many accidents happen to
persons who carry loaded guns
in their cars" the director said.
"During the hunting season we
hear of many reports where per-
sons have carelessly handled
these guns resulting in acci-
dental discharge."
